Elaborated with the same spirit as the “Grand Vin”, this wine is made from a blend of three grape varieties. It takes its name from the estuary winds that sweep the domain revealing a light and airy wine.
It’s the perfect wine for family or friendly festive moments around a table. For homemade dishes with fresh products, like grilled meat (e.g. lamb) with a gratin.
This bottle can be opened few minutes before tasting, for aerate a little the wine. It combines roundness and freshness. Its crispy fruit give a supple wine with an immediate pleasure. Easy to drink young, it keeps a good aging potential.
Serving tips: 16-17°C, ideal for appreciate its roundness and fruit.
